JH Mushroom Coffee arrived at the 2026 Bethlehem Fair with a simple invitation for Connecticut: come taste something different.

Over three unforgettable days, our Morris, Connecticut team served more than 1,200 complimentary mushroom coffee samples, introducing fairgoers to JH Original and JH Energy Kick and meeting the people behind every first sip.

What made the weekend special wasn’t simply the number of cups served. It was the experience around them: curiosity, questions, first tastes, returning visitors, friends bringing friends, and customers choosing to take JH home.

Connecticut Came to Taste JH Mushroom Coffee

Our Bethlehem Fair booth welcomed longtime coffee drinkers, tea drinkers, people already interested in functional mushrooms, and visitors trying mushroom coffee for the very first time.

Again and again, we watched uncertainty turn into surprise after the first sip. Visitors returned to our booth. Some brought friends and family back to try what they had just discovered. Many continued their JH experience by purchasing a bag to enjoy at home.

Those moments captured how we want people to discover JH: experience before promises.
