Welcome to JH Global Trade LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of jhglobaltrade.com and purchases made through our online store.

The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price that applies to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable taxes are calculated as required by law.

JH currently provides free standard U.S. delivery on website orders.

If optional expedited delivery is offered, any additional charge will be shown before you complete checkout.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us and our payment providers to process the charges associated with your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our current Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Standard U.S. website orders receive free standard delivery.

Processing and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We remain available to help investigate significantly delayed, missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments as described in our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible standard returns generally require products to be:

• unopened;

• unused;

• sealed;

• in resalable condition; and

• returned within 30 days after delivery with prior authorization.

Opened or unsealed coffee, shilajit, supplements, beverages, food products, and other consumable goods are not eligible for a standard return.

For ordinary discretionary returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the disclosed 15% return-handling fee applies.

These charges do not apply when JH confirms that we sent an incorrect item or that an item arrived damaged or defective, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Promotions, Discounts, Bundles, and Free Gifts

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, dates, product requirements, and limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional percentage discounts do not stack with one another.

If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a bundle, percentage discount, promotional offer, or free gift, the eligible refund may be recalculated based on the products ultimately kept.

A qualifying promotional gift may need to be returned unused and in original condition, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The JH name, logos, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content owned by JH Global Trade LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

9. Reviews, Feedback, and User Submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, suggestion, image, testimonial, or other feedback to us, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

You grant JH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that submission for lawful business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

We do not require positive reviews and do not permit fake or misleading reviews.

JH is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
